1. Acceptance

By using Wedding Game Kit (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a browser-based generator that assembles personalized printable wedding game packs from original game content. Generation happens on your device. Access to the complete downloadable pack is provided after completing one sponsored action from a third-party partner network; available actions vary by device and country and are subject to the partner's own terms.

3. Personal-use license

Packs you generate are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: print as many copies as you need for your own wedding, engagement party, shower or family celebration, including copies handled by your planner or venue on your behalf. You may not resell, redistribute, or offer generated packs (or the underlying game content) as a product or service, whether printed or digital.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to bypass the unlock mechanism, scraping the game content datasets for republication, or using the Service in any unlawful way.

5. Your content

Text you type into custom fields (names, custom trivia questions, hashtags) stays on your device and appears in your generated pack. You are responsible for that content; please keep it appropriate for your guests.

6. Intellectual property

All game prompts, page designs, illustrations, icons and site content are original works owned by Wedding Game Kit. Names and details you enter remain yours.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make packs print-perfect on A4 and US Letter, but we cannot guarantee results on every printer, browser or paper stock. Preview before you print a large run.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding Game Kit shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service — which is zero.

9. Third-party offers

Sponsored actions are provided by independent partner networks. We are not a party to any relationship between you and those partners or their advertisers, and their terms and privacy policies apply to those interactions.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
